  1. Fill out application form
  2. Discuss with school principal and have him/her sign completed form
  3. Return completed form to Executive Officer, Transport, Stores & Supplies Unit to discuss fees
  4. A permission letter is granted If application is approved and fees are paid
Requirements: None
Notes: 1. No alcohol allowed on the school compound
2. Schools should be used for purposes such as health education, religious activities, youth groups, educational purposes, community aid, etc
